Report to: Assist Operations & Operations Manager
Support to: Senior Operation Executive
The key responsibilities of the Procurement Admin Officer include but are not limited to:
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- To obtain minimum of three quotations from the suppliers for each item to be purchased.
- To take full responsibility in ordering goods on all approved Purchase Orders/Purchase requests.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment before seeking management approval.
- Liaise with finance office for payment after management approval.
- Control department purchasing budgets.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- In charge of petty cash and cheque.
- Work procurement team for resource all products.
- Prepare monthly reports on expenses.
- Report to manager and assistant operations.
- Other task assigns by management
- Previous experience in a purchasing/procurement
- Good financial knowledge and ability to work with budgets
- Computer literate, with good MS Excel skills
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Accountable and resilient
- Ability to work under pressure at all times
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in general office administration when required
