Job Summary

The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for managing recruitment projects within their scope and supporting the recruitment team's overall financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The role will involve not only candidate sourcing, screening, and placement but also playing an active part in business development, enhancing the agency’s branding efforts, contributing to customer service excellence, and promoting a positive team spirit.

Responsibilities and Duties

Client’s Project Management

  • Maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs,
  • Providing regular updates on the status of candidate searches every weekly by sending wrap up email to the client.
  • Conduct screening, sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting the best candidates to the clients
  • Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to the clients.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Follow up on feedback with clients after the interview

Candidate Engagement and Follow-Up:

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future job vacancies.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience and timely updates.
  • Follow up with candidates after interviews to collect feedback and ensure they remain interested in the position.

Negotiation Offer, and Placement Support:

  • Support the negotiation of job offers, compensation packages, and employment terms between clients and candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks by follow HRINC/Client Template
  • Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for successful candidates, including document collection, contract signing, and induction, and the candidate is ready for onboarding.

Recruitment Administration & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update the Recruitment Management System (RMS), ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, candidate’s communication and the status of open positions & client in the RMS.
  • Support on job opening advertising on noticeboard, website, online, and social media platforms
  • Issue client’s invoice payment to Finance & Accounting team
  • Do weekly achievement report to report to sub-line team leader.

Continuous Learning and Business Development:

  • Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay updated on recruitment trends and techniques.
  • Improve recruiting skills through mentoring and learning from senior recruiters.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and new sourcing techniques.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and industry regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute in organizing business presentations, career fairs, events, etc.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Team leader/Manager.
How to Apply
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fresh Graduated student or having at least 1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment is a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
