- Create and update candidates’ profiles and open positions into the recruitment management system (RMS)
- Working within Recruitment Team in building network and source new candidates on a day-to-day basis
- Screening CV’s to match client Job Specifications
- Scheduling and coordinating the candidate for interviewing on a daily basis to ensure the pipeline of candidates is being built on a daily basis
- Arrange interview with candidate to go to the client’s office
- Getting candidate’s information, past experience, expectations, motivations and compensation for supervisor where needed
- Writing summary notes of candidate for supervisor where needed
- Ensuring that candidate information is updated in RMS System and available to access when needed
- Collecting updated CV of candidates to ensure candidate pool and candidate profile are up-to-day that can effectively support recruitment projects of clients
- Contribute in organizing business presentations, career fairs, events, etc.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor/ team leader
- Fourth-year student or Fresh Graduate of Management, Business Administration, or other related fields
- No experience required
- Good command of English, both verbal written and spoken
- Good computer skill, Microsoft Office and email
- Flexible and commitment
