Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage daily sales activities through social media platforms and online channels.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.
- Recommend suitable skincare and beauty products based on customer needs.
- Process orders and coordinate with the operations team for order fulfillment.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
- Create and post engaging content to support sales campaigns.
- Monitor online sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or customer service.
- Experience managing Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, or online marketplaces.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for beauty and skincare products is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and online selling tools.
- Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
