Location Phnom Penh

To manage rate quotations and internal updates in the in-house system.
To achieve set targets for revenue and shipment volume growth through sales selling technique.
Improve existing customer base and ensure profitable business is secured.
Support inhouse system and E2E local business development and performance.
Work with other indoor sales teammates on all cross-trade accounts.
To work with CCP sales to maximize support to customers.
Complete reports in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate update of customer information.
Manage all customer issues relating to bookings.
Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to the department's business processes.
Studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Hold bachelor’s degree.
At least 1 year and above of relevant experience. familiar with PPT/EXCEL, extremely strong abilities in system learning and application, as well as data analysis.
Positive attitude and willing to support sales team. support team to connect with customers for daily issues, collect and prepare the sales data and report , system fulfillment, and good communication with other department.
Good command in English both speaking and writing
