Sales Manager

The Sales Manager role oversees and encourages sales representatives and promotes and supports tactics to sell automobiles and other vehicles.

• Oversee daily operations, manage showroom, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met;
• Set goals and develop strategies pertaining to operations, sales, marketing, and service, etc
• Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and best practice processes
• Helps salespeople close deals when necessary.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and completion before sharing with upper dealership management
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Implement growth strategies that align with automotive group objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while maintaining vehicle inventory that meets the needs of the local market
• Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
• Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sale and brand visibility for the car dealership
• Establish & maintain best practices to train, develop & motivate Sales Department Team members. This will include demonstrating double open & double close customer service techniques with sales staff.
• Provides proper product and training resources for salespeople on a regular and continuous basis.
• Ensures that new-vehicle salespeople understand and follow dealership policies and procedures.
• Develops, implements and monitors a follow-up new-vehicle purchasers or shipping
• Establishes and maintains standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers
• Reviews inventory daily to ensure the proper mix of grounded stock for maximum turnover efficiency.
• Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery and follow-up process.
• Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners, managers, and dealership staff to establish sales processes and recommend daily unit sales
• Conducts daily and weekly sales meetings.
• Others task will be assigned by MD

• Bachelor/Master degree in Business Management or relevant field.
• Good communication in English and or Korean is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of working experiences in Sales and Marketing or similar role and responsibility.
• Strong, effective and transparent delivery of communication with different stakeholders in the organization, senior management, mid managers or employees.
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadline.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and coaching.
• Good computer skills Microsoft office package
