Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction and real estate sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Leverage existing network and connections to generate sales leads and secure projects
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, installation, and logistic) to ensure smooth project execution
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline, and prepare sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients
Qualifications and Skills
- Required 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or related industries
- Experience working with developers, contractors, or project-based sales is highly preferred
- Existing customer base, connections, or strong network in the market is a big advantage
- Experience for sale of Elevator Japanese brand , Elevator European brand (advantage)
- Strong interpersonal, good negotiation and communication, and presentation skills
- Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Communicate well in English and Khmer language and able to write in English.
