Sales Director, you will lead and shape the company’s commercial growth strategy. You will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share, and developing a high-performing sales organization. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CCO/ Managing Director.
- Develop and execute the overall sales and distribution strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Identify new business opportunities across local and regional markets (modern trade, e-commerce, etc).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budget planning and P&L responsibility for the sales division.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and all other relevant teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in FMCG/beverage/consumer goods, with proven track record in driving growth.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing large teams and multi-channel distribution.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
