Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare/propose suitable business plans to maximize passenger revenue.
Contact airlines to update their products and pricing policies with the market
Maintain good relationships with all customers, establish new business relationships and develop new customers for the company.
Establish and maintain regular relationships with agents and tour operators to communicate company policies, assist agents in promoting sales and customer service activities, and maintain revenue growth sell.
Collect market information, development trends, airlines' policies to update and build appropriate policies for airlines in the market.
Make every effort in acquiring sales leads and increasing awareness of TWA's products range (as Philippine Airline, ..).
Optimize passenger revenue production and to research and report other airline practices and recommend corrective measures.
Research and monitor competitors pricing and promotional activity and prompt counter action, to maintain best performance and achieve the revenue target.
To carry out advertising campaigns for the country are within set budgets.
Participating in the Company's development plans related to Air ticket expertise.
Team - working and managing the team of 3-4 persons
Closely working with Philippine Airlines to update new guidelines or policies to the market
Update weekly report and joining online bio-monthly meeting representing Cambodia
Other tasks assigned by management or Philippine Airlines

Qualifications and Skills

Sales experience and skill.
At least 3 years relevant experience preferably in Airline Passenger Sales
Knowledge of market business strategies, having a good relationship with airlines and agents will be an advantage.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, high level of cooperation with colleagues and partners.
Fluency in written and spoken English is preferred.
Knowledge of airline ticket system (GDS): Amadeus is advantage
Team work and management skill.
