The sales supervisor will be responsible for revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for maximizing our sales team’s potential, crafting sales plans and meeting the customer’s needs.
- Supervise the sales operations of sales team.
- Develop relationships with designers, architects, developers, contractors, and hospitality.
- Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team.
- Build and manage ID/LED pipeline.
- Forecast sales plans, reporting Moving Sale plans, and project Win plans.
- Create and implement strategies to sell ID products.
- Build a new customer base to maximize sales.
- Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer service.
- Supervise and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
- Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
- Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree or above of IT relevant Engineering
- At least 3 year or more experience in IT network integration sales
- Knowledge relevant to electronics product
- English listening, Writing and speaking
- Knowledge of electronic or high technology product
- Be able to communicate in English and well understand about computer literacy
- Excellent morality & professionalism
- Very good in interpersonal relationship & Sound of Relationship
- High patient and strong communication
- Curiosity, Result-Oriented, and player
