Job Overview:
The Store Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, supervising staff, managing sales and inventory control, and providing support for problem resolution and fostering positive relationships among customers and employees.
- Reporting to: GM/Director (Japanese)
Working Condition & Benefits:
- Flexible shift working schedules (4 shifts)
- (A: 8:00 – 5:00 pm/ B: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm)
- (C: 1:00pm – 10:00 pm/ D: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm)
- Day off: 1.5 days per week

1. Management & Supervision
- Manage and monitor the performance of Chief.
- Ensure smooth daily store operations and adherence to company standards.
- Educate and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service.
2. Sales & Inventory Control
- Optimize sales and inventory control (Plan Proper Stock Policy, Controlling Order Clearance Slow Stock)
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt, professional resolution.
- Conduct data analysis to understand trends and forecast needs.
- Ensure FIFO compliance where applicable
3. Customer Service & Relationship Building
- Maintain admirable customer service standards across the store.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management, tenants, and local community representatives.
- Research current situation (Market/Competitor situation)
- Build strong customer relationships and loyalty
- Monitor customer feedback and improve service quality
4. Planning & Development
- Plan and execute store events or promotional ideas to increase sales.
- Implement and manage PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Increase Customer Satisfaction Pro- Communication with related parties outside (Mall, local community, local officer etc.)
- Other tasks assigned by Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in supermarkets, retail stores, or related industries.
- Good communication of English and Khmer
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Excellent scheduling and organizational skills
- Ability to raise issues and solve problems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Sales and customer service orientation
- Personality:
- Willing to work in a dynamic retail environment and study mind set
- Preferred: Experience at the big retail companies is greatly welcome.
