The Sales Supervisor supports the Sales Manager in driving business growth by supervising the sales team, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the logistics, warehousing, and transportation sectors.

Sales Support & Development

• Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure effective client management and target achievement.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities in logistics, transportation, and warehousing services.
• Support contract negotiation, pricing proposals, and quotation preparation.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Conduct regular client visits and follow-up meetings to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Market Research & Analysis: 

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Coordination with Internal Teams: 

• Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of logistics services.

Team Support & Reporting

• Assist the Sales Manager in coaching and mentoring junior sales staff.
• Maintain CRM and sales databases accurately.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
