Responsibilities and Duties
  • Greet visitors and identify and assess customer’s needs.
  • Answer calls and promptly respond to inquiries via phone or message.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
  •  Manage database entry and customer files.
  • Prepare and monitor invoices.
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager
Qualifications and Skills
  •  Female is preferred
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in similar positions
  •  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, Flexible, and good at initiation
  • Positive attitude, honesty, and willing to challenge new things.
