Job Summary

As Account Manager, you will directly report to Area Sales Manager. You’ll be out and about visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them. You could find yourself on construction sites and plants or in offices and warehouses.

Ours is a model of consultative selling, and it’s really a hands-on job. Professional knowledge in products, market and service are fundamental to the role as key responsibilities involve developing and growing the assigned sales territories. You will need strong winning mindset to identify new sales potential and turn leads into our customers. Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about nurturing relationships with warm and responsive customers. From day to day, challenging tasks and responsibilities will help you pave your way as becoming an ambitious market leader.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Achieve sales, collections and focused products targets through existing customers and identifying new opportunities in assigned territory by visiting our customers on
  • construction sites, OEM’s or in offices and industries
  • Achieve productivity targets through disciplined sales execution (DSE) applying
  • Consultative selling model, including software and services
  • Follow SSS principles for trade applications, Demos of Power Tools on sites
  • Follow laid down processes in finance, and supply chain for target completion
  • Build and grow relationships with customers to deepen engagement providing them the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions
  • Monitor competitor activity and ensure leadership in share of wallet (SOW)
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma or degree engineer or equivalent experience in Civil, Mechanical,
  • Electrical, Structural or Architectural Engineering
  • Prior direct sales experience with proven track record of success of growing sales to a loyal customer base while strengthening the company’s position and market share within assigned territory
  • Must be persuasive, sales driven and customer focused
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships and effectively implement strategic concepts.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, and smartphones
