Head of Sales executive to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of sales. Head of Sales must be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, lead team into beating the competition.
- Initiates all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Collaborates with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with product launches, promotions, and business initiatives.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Manages, supervises and investigating sales operational performance required by scheduling, assigning, tracking, motivating and following up on work progressed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- MBA is priority

- Mentoring and coaching sales reps
- Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer.
