As an Area Sales Manager you have to drive sales and collection in your territory and ensure growth of your team members as well as company.

• As an area sales manager, you will be leading a defined sales region and a team of 5 to 6 field consultants and implement the sales targets
• To develop your employees in terms of their abilities and personality and ensure strong team cohesion
• To develop and maintain appropriate contacts at all relevant customer levels to understand and secure the fulfillment of our customers’ global requirements and anticipate relevant development of the account.
• To monitor daily operations in accordance with strategic objectives and take responsibility for sustained profitable sales and customer development in your sales territory

• B.E./B.TECH degree or equivalent experience in Civil, Mechanical, Structural or Architectural Engineering
• Extensive experience in sales and sales management and/or corporate experience.
• Analytical and strategic capabilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to interpret performance data and derive measures
• Inclusive and collaborative personality along with a high success and goal orientation

Authorities

• The Area Sales Manager is authorized to instruct all sales account managers working in his/her sales territory
