Get to Know the Role
We are looking for three (3) Business Development & Partnerships Associates, one (1) each for Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Kampot, to support Grab’s Grab for Business (GfB) and Transport Concierge partnership expansion efforts in Cambodia’s key tourism hubs. These roles will focus on developing partnerships across corporate, hotel, travel, tourism, and entertainment sectors within their assigned territories.
As a Business Development & Partnerships Associate, you will be the on-ground representative of Grab’s BD&P team in your assigned city, supporting the Hotel Affiliation and Outer Cities Corporate Partnership Expansion Program, with a primary focus on the hotel and travel industry.
You will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and managing hotel, hospitality, and/or travel and entertainment partners, ensuring they adopt Grab’s Transport Concierge Booking and Grab for Business solutions. You’ll also coordinate local activations, report performance insights, and serve as the link between regional hotel partners and Grab’s Head office team in Phnom Penh.
This is a 6-month temporary role ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, relationship building, and seeing tangible business results in Cambodia’s tourism hubs.
