Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Supervisor, Business Development & Partnerships on a 6-month temporary contract. This role will oversee BD & Partnerships Associates deployed across key tourism cities (Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Kampot) and will drive the overall execution, partner acquisition, and reporting cadence for the initiative. + Team Supervision & Coordination:
- Oversee BD & Partnerships Associates in Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Kampot, providing guidance, weekly performance reviews, and coaching support.
- Set regional sales and partnership targets and ensure consistent performance delivery across all cities.
- Conduct regular city visits and joint partner meetings to support local execution and relationship building.
- Partnership Development & Relationship Management Lead high-priority partnership negotiations with hotel groups, resorts, and hospitality networks.
- Drive the adoption of Grab Transport Concierge Booking and Grab for Business within hotel ecosystems in the assigned teritories.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with key hotel associations, tourism bodies, and travel partners in those areas.
- Ensure timely onboarding and activation of new partners from these areas under the Hotel Affiliation program.
+ Project Leadership & Execution:
- Coordinate end-to-end rollout of the Hotel Affiliation Program and related expansion initiatives in the assigned cities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Transport, Marketing, Partnerships, and Driver Ops) to ensure smooth program delivery and partner satisfaction.
- Consolidate best practices and ensure consistent implementation across cities.
+ Reporting & Performance Insights:
- Oversee weekly and monthly performance tracking for all regional BD & Partnership Associates.
- Consolidate field reports and insights on partner acquisition, transport performance, and adoption metrics.
- Present consolidated updates and recommendations to the Head of Partnerships & GfB for Q4 reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or tech industries.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams or supervising field representatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management and coordination abilities.
- Fluent in English and Khmer (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel frequently to key cities (Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, Kampot).
- Prior experience working with hotels, tourism boards, or OTA/transport partners is a plus.
- Chinese-speaking ability is highly desired but not required.
