Job Summary
- Working Hour - 08:30-12:00 and 13:00-17:30 pm
- Working Day - Monday to Saturday (noon)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities across local and international markets.
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential customers by qualifying leads and converting into sales.
- Focus on increasing the volume of shipments and expanding service offers to customers.
- Provide regular updates to the management on pipeline progress, sales forecasts and market development within assigned lanes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Following up departed shipments to ensure freight is paid on time and solve unexpected problems (if any).
- Communicate with Customer Service/ Documentations Department/ Logistics Department/ Operation Team for internal smooth co-operation to provide the best service to customers.
- Other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good English.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two- or three years’ experience in a similar role
- Able to work as a team
- Able to speak Chinese is a plus
