Work Condition:

• Monday to Saturday
• Working hour 7:30am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-5pm

• Sells service by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
• Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximise brand promotion.
• Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR (Public Relations) agency to see them executed.
• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
• Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration or relate field
• At Least has 3 years experienced handling people
• 5 years' experience in marketing and sales
• Experienced working in Construction and have technical duties is a Plus
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service
• English or Chinese Speaking is a Plus
