Responsibilities and Duties

Develops marketing strategies to support overall strategies, objectives, and drives. Business growth of the company.
Develops feasible operational marketing plans for across business units.
Sets and monitors marketing goals, objectives or KPIs across business units.
Works with sales, business development, and other concerned teams to ensure strategies and campaigns well executed.
Designs and drives promotional campaigns, PR and other tactical marketing efforts across channels.
Provides support in the design and production of visual marketing tools.
Provides guidance on a unified approach to customer service, tenants’ requirements, etc. to meet market demands.
Analyses market intelligence and adjusts or improves strategies as needed.
Builds a highly capable team of marketing professionals cross business units.
Creates a solid network of strategic partnerships, reviews and manages marketing contents.
Manage marketing budget.

Qualifications and Skills

8 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing management and business development.
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
Project management abilities.
Communication and presentation skills.
Organizational skills and strategic planning abilities.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Strong leadership skills
MA/BA in marketing, advertising, business management or a related field.
Good knowledge of CRM and digital marketing
Good knowledge of marketing intelligence analysis.
