To drive device and accessories sales while leveraging customer service skills to support mobile and ISP products. The role focuses on proactive sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives.    

• Demonstrate the features and benefits of devices, providing tailored recommendations to customers.
• Educate customers about Cellcard’s mobile and ISP products, offerings, tailoring recommendations to their needs.
• Combine customer service and sales functions to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive revenue growth by promoting devices effectively, to be able to promote devices and offers on social media (Tik-Tok, Facebook, etc.)
• Stay informed about the latest device trends and maintain attractive product displays setting up and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with store management and other team members to optimize sales strategies.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales technique.
• Maintain good relationship & occasional delivery to customer who purchased devices
• Other tasks as assigned

• Prior customer service experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite literacy.
• English proficiency.
• A team player with a flexible, dynamic, and positive attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to the assigned location.
