The objective of this role is to ensure the following for all Urbanland and the entities it supports:

Manage and execute marketing plan, event logistic and marketing production to deliver on time and manage event staff and budget to make sure we have enough resources for event and fit the budget provided.

• Lead and implement the marketing event plan with project lead/ line manager
• Manage and install event logistic based on plan
• Lead on-ground activities and work collaboratively with digital & comms and media team
• Manage merchandise inventory and facilitate below-the-line (BTL) production with relevant stakeholders
• Oversee and working closely with creative team to make sure marketing production materials/collateral timely delivery according to plans and schedules
• Develop and analyze event reports after completion
• Monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Prepare budget forecast for each marketing event and projects based on plan and budget rank provided
• Prepare marketing event budget expenses before and after event completed following the company system

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or relevant industry qualification
• 1 years of relevant marketing experience (real estate industry experience is a plus)
• Experience in handling administration and budgets
• Experience in production house
• Basic understanding of project/event management skills
• Good at communication and negotiation skills,
• Good at problem solving skills and paying attention to details
• Knowledge of BLT production and materials
• An open-minded and fast learner who responds enthusiastically to change and opportunity, and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing business needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build great working relationships with other departments
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products eg Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
• Familiar with marketing platforms and technologies
