Responsibilities and Duties

Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets by contacting and building good relationships with Customers in order to understand their needs and provide services beyond their expectations.
After Sales/ Administration.
To ensure an accurate weekly planner (3 existing and 2 new targeted customers).
To process bookings and ensure the services are delivered smoothly to customers.
To do customer presentations at least 2/week meetings with targeted customers.
To respond well to customer's inquiries (proper questions to ask, and proper answers with Knowledgeable).
To generate accurate reports daily, weekly, monthly, and customer talk within the deadline.
To consolidate and understand all cases/deals status.
Attend Daily /Weekly/ Monthly Meeting Sales/Marketing.
To provide real-time market updates to the team for faster response to market changes.
To assist the admin team in case collection is needed.
To coordinate with team to exchange knowledge and information related to the market, and with admin and fleet to ensure the best services to customers.
Be able to respond to the team's request on time.
To respond to new customers (email, call, etc.) with proper contact management and build good relationships with existing customers.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
Willingness to travel occasionally to provinces and attend frequent networking events.
Strong knowledge of the business environment.
Commitment to continuous learning.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
