Outbound Ticketing (for the Travel Agency Business)
1. Sales Revenue Generation
2. Assist to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
3. Customer Acquisition & Retention
4. Identify and onboard new travel agents, corporate clients, and individual customers.
5. Prepare sales performance reports by passenger numbers and revenue
Airline Marketing (for the airline PSAs)
1. Analyze market trends and competitor activities
2. Design and execute campaigns to increase airline sales through travel agents and direct bookings.
3. Conduct B2B presentations, seminars, and workshops for agents and corporate clients.
4. Manage relationships with key travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
5. Negotiate and secure group bookings
6. Ensure consistent networking across all customer databases
7. Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels effectively.
8. Ensure adherence to airline guidelines, industry regulations, and company policies.
9. Develop creative ideas to integrate airline marketing with outbound ticketing sales for company growth.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably in Marketing.
· 1-2 years of working experience in travel service industry
· Good English communication (Speaking, Listening, Writing)
· Effective in handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadline
· Be self-starter
· Comfortable working in a highly collaborative setting
· Sales and Negotiation skills
· Be an outspoken and comfortable in dealing with major clients
