Develop new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and
international travel partners.
Prepare and negotiate corporate rates, travel agency contracts, and sales proposals in accordance with
management-approved pricing policies.
Promote room bookings, resort packages, group bookings, corporate retreats, and MICE business.
Conduct sales calls, client visits, site inspections, and other business development activities.
Identify opportunities in domestic and international markets, including Chinese-speaking travel markets.
Coordinate with Reservations, Operations, and other departments to meet client requirements.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals to convert potential business into confirmed bookings.
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate client records.
Visit the island resort when required for client events, site inspections, and sales activities.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 1–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or luxury resorts.
Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Khmer.
Chinese (Mandarin) language proficiency is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional email communication.
Ability to prepare quotations, contracts, and corporate rate agreements.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel to the island resort when required.
