Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and connect with potential local and international clients
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust and professionalism
- Present tailored real estate solutions for residential and investment needs
- Conduct property viewings, site visits, and project presentations
- Prepare proposals, follow up leads, and negotiate successful deals
- Maintain accurate client data and follow-ups in CRM systems
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Khmer and English
- Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage
- Experience in real estate or sales preferred
- Client-oriented, professional, and ethical mindset
- Bachelor’s degree is an advantage
