Store Operations & Team Leadership
- Manage daily store operations, inventory, and cash management.
- Lead, coach, and schedule staff to maximize sales and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage conflict resolution, staff performance, and visual merchandising to meet company standards.
Community Strategy & Data Analysis
- Monitor customer feedback and drive service improvements.
- Report sales and operational data to the Store Manager.
- Educate and motivate staff to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Sales & Inventory Control
- Optimize stock management, purchase orders, and slow-moving items.
- Running stocktakes and improves inventory accuracy.
Sales Floor & Promotion
- Execute sales plans, promotional and visual merchandising (VMD, VPD) displays, price correctly, and adhere to CDT standards.
- Maintain admirable customer service standards across the store.
Customer Experience
- Handle complaints, returns, and complex issues professionally.
- Ensure staff follow company rules, provide good customer service and deliver positive attitude
Administration, Training & Safety
- Coordinate staff training and lead workshops.
- Monitor for emergencies and ensure compliance with all store security and safety procedures.
