Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is the strategic lead and is tasked with designing data-driven marketing roadmaps, managing significant advertising budgets, and leading a high-performing team to achieve long-term market leadership. The Manager ensures that all digital initiatives drive measurable business growth and maintain a competitive edge in the regional market.

Strategic Boosting & Budget Ownership:

• Direct high-level paid media strategies, ensuring maximum efficiency of the total digital budget. This includes auditing campaign performance and optimizing audience segmentation to ensure the highest possible Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Integrated Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Serve as the primary digital consultant for cross-functional teams. Leading the digital integration of offline events, product launches, and corporate announcements, ensuring a unified brand voice across every touchpoint. "

Full-Funnel Strategy Development:

• Architect comprehensive digital marketing funnels—from awareness to conversion—across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, and Google.

Advanced Social Listening & Insight:

• Oversee the use of sophisticated social listening and AI tools to monitor market sentiment, competitor moves, and industry shifts, translating this data into actionable business strategies.

High-Level Stakeholder Management:

• Work directly with senior leadership and external partners to align digital objectives with overall company KPIs and long-term business goals.

Strategic Partnership Management:

• Identify, negotiate, and manage high-level contracts with BAs, KOLs, and Media agencies. You are responsible for ensuring that external partners deliver high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s image and ROI goals.

• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role overseeing large-scale budgets and diverse teams.
• Strategic Mastery: Proven track record of scaling local brands and managing complex, multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Technological Leadership: Expert-level understanding of marketing automation, AI-driven content production, and advanced data analytics.
• Education: Master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., Google, Meta Blueprint) are highly valued.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, vision-setting capabilities, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams at all levels.
