Senior Digital Marketing

Lead FDCM’s digital marketing and content function across Healthcare, Scientific Laboratory and Construction Chemical. Develop channel strategy, content plans, campaign approaches, copy direction and performance frameworks for social media, website and other digital initiatives. Convert BU priorities and technical information into audience-focused, measurable communications while maintaining brand, accuracy and approval standards. Guide the Digital Marketing Specialist and collaborate with Creative and Corporate Marketing resources.

• Develop annual/quarterly digital strategies, channel plans, content pillars and calendars aligned with FDCM and BU objectives.

• Lead content planning, copywriting/editing and message development for social media, website and campaigns.

• Manage digital channels and website content to ensure timely, accurate and brand-aligned communication.

• Plan and optimize paid digital campaigns, audience targeting, lead-generation activity and budget use.

• Drive SEO, website/content improvements and other relevant digital initiatives.

• Define KPIs, analyze performance, prepare reports and recommend optimization actions.

• Brief the Senior Graphic Designer and guide the Digital Marketing Specialist on execution, publishing and campaign support.

• Partner with BU stakeholders; ensure factual accuracy, approvals and applicable sector/regulatory communication requirements.

Monitor competitors, platform trends and audience behavior; recommend useful new formats and approaches.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media or related field; relevant digital certifications are an advantage.

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing/content experience, including at least 1 years in a senior, supervisory or lead capacity; B2B/corporate experience preferred.

Hard Skill (Technical):

• Digital strategy/campaigns; content/copywriting; social and CMS; Meta/LinkedIn ads; SEO; GA4/platform analytics; KPI/budget/reporting; creative briefing.

Soft Skill (Core Competency):

• Strategic/analytical thinking; strong writing/detail; stakeholder management/coaching; ownership and deadline management.

• Travel/weekend event or content support may be required; must follow technical/regulatory content review and approval processes.
