Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and supervise the promotion and activation team
- Conduct market observations and surveys to support brand decisions
- Assist in developing promotional plans and trade marketing activities
- Monitor marketing expenses to stay within allocated budget
- Review and orient the team on market dynamics and product selling
- Coordinate with related departments to align on marketing activities
- Ensure POSM is placed correctly, displays follow planogram guidelines, and consumer materials (leaflets, shelf talkers, etc.) are used effectively
- Update and report on competitor activities
- Support space rental negotiations and display execution with the sales team
- Set up promotional activities within budget limits as directed by the Product/Marketing Manager
- Track nearly-expired products to support timely promotions/flash sales
