To lead the company's digital marketing strategy and content creation, delivering clear and engaging communications across all digital channels. • Develop and oversee the company's comprehensive digital marketing strategy across social media, websites, email, SEO/SEM, and online advertising channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content effectiveness and campaign outcomes.
• Drive digital initiatives to increase brand awareness, engage the audience, and lead generation to support revenue growth.
• Collaborate with graphic design and event management teams to develop impactful campaigns that enhance engagement and brand visibility.
• Manage resources, timelines, and budgets for digital marketing and content projects.
• Represent digital marketing and content strategies in corporate planning and strategic discussions.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders on marketing-related projects and materials.
• Lead the planning, creation, and execution of compelling copy and content for digital platforms, ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines and positioning.
• Manage all digital content-including content creation, social media posts, website updates, emails, and online ads-ensuring they are innovative, high-quality, and consistent with brand standards.
• Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, and copywriting best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
• Develop quarterly newsletters and other ad hoc publications in both English and Khmer as assigned by managers.
• Contribute to strategic Marketing planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; master's preferred
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, including team leadership
• Strong understanding of digital channels, tools, analytics, and emerging trends.
• Digital strategy and campaign management
• Proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms)
