• Lead and oversee all graphic design initiatives, ensuring creative outputs are innovative, accurate, and consistent with the company's brand guidelines, tone, and style.
• Drive creative design projects that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and business visibility.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to design impactful posters, videos, and other multimedia content that enhance campaigns and audience engagement.
• Maintain and update the company's brand guidelines, ensuring proper application across all platforms and materials {e.g., reports, presentation templates, awards, and branded assets).
• Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring quality standards are met before approval and final production.
• Develop and oversee the company's annual events plan by working closely with Business Units and Functional Units to align objectives and priorities.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring adequate allocation of funds and effective use of resources for maximum impact.
• Plan and organize event timelines, checklists, and detailed budgets, ensuring all resources are in place for successful execution.
• Lead post-event evaluations by preparing reports for management and event owners, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future events.
• Lead the organization of company events and activities, ensuring proper branding, consistent messaging, and strong stakeholder experiences.
• Contribute to strategic Marketing planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or related field; master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in creative design and event management
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and marketing communications
• Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and digital marketing platforms.
• Skilled in project management to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives effectively
