• Partner with the Head of Marketing to design and execute an annual marketing and communications plan aligned to enrollment, brand, and community engagement goals.
• Lead day-to-day production of marketing content, including website updates, social media, newsletters, brochures, and campus signage, ensuring consistency with the Academy's brand voice and visual identity.
• Support admissions marketing efforts, including campaigns, open house and school tour materials, and prospective family communications, in close coordination with the Admissions team.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and storytelling coverage of school life, events, and student achievements for use across digital and print channels.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and printers, and oversee timelines and budgets for marketing projects.
• Support internal communications to staff and families, including announcements related to the Primary School launch, campus updates, and community events.
• Monitor website and social media analytics, and prepare regular reporting on campaign performance and audience engagement for the Head of Marketing and school leadership.
• Assist with crisis and sensitive communications, exercising sound judgment and discretion given the school setting.
• Deputize for the Head of Marketing as needed, including representing the department in cross-functional planning meetings.
• Support other duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing or Head of School.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• A minimum of four years of progressive marketing or communications experience, ideally including experience in a school, higher education, or other mission-driven setting.
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing marketing strategies or campaigns, with a track record of using data and performance metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate results.
• Demonstrated experience managing content calendars, digital campaigns, and brand guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Khmer language proficiency is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of common marketing and design tools (for example, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar), website content management systems, and social media platforms.
• Experience with basic analytics and reporting tools to track campaign and website performance.
• Comfort working with school-age students and families, and an understanding of the sensitivities involved in K-12 communications.
