Location Phnom Penh

Develop and implement effective brand strategies and marketing plans.
Track and analyze brand performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize brand growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
Oversee and drive all operations relating to the brand's: activities.
Anticipate market trends and keep abreast of the competitive landscape
Manage and deliver brand assets to ensure best-in-class execution.

Must have some experiences with Beauty/ Cosmetic and Leather products industry.
3-5 years progressive sales/marketing experience.
Hold bachelor or Master degree of Marketing/Sale or other related field.
Strong organization skills with a proactive attitude and ability to troubleshoot.
Strong communication skills both oral and written.
Good at marketing concept/creative initiative.
Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills.
Computer literacy in Micro Word, MS Excel, Power Point etc.
Able to work under pressure and process good time management skills.
Be friendly, honest, hard-working and able to work independently.
Be able to perform multi-tasks.
High commitment and self-directed
