Responsibilities and Duties

Be able to travel to the field and do demo or trail of company’s products to the farmers
Be able to design and perform of demonstration plan for company staff to conduct the demo, and monitoring the results from each staff
Search for the good Ai or new Ai which might be good to apply in local market
Annual new products testing and update to the management team about results
Regular promoting plan for each season and follow-up
Maintain good relationship with key farmers & depots of each province
Design the combination of pesticides mixture of each key area
Other tasks that assigned by managers

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor degree of Agriculture or a related field
Having experiences at least 2 years
Excellent Interpersonal communication written and spoken skills in English/Khmer
Have to work under pressure, self-discipline, and be able to do the mission travel over 20 days during the season.
Driving license B is required
