Responsibilities and Duties

Ensure Sale data is collected, stored, and analyzed properly.
Understand about sale price policy and ensure product pricing is correct
Understand all products information and technical specification for answering to all customer’s requirement.
Ensure products item are available in stock and ready for sale.
Lead and manage on-the-job performance of Sale team.
Monitor, organize sale staff schedule and assist to achieve sale target
Ensure to keep a good relationship with a customer and be able to handle all customer complaints, questions and issues.
Provide regular report to management on team performance and progress toward targets.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor Degree in Sale, Business Administration or related field (Technical Engineer is Preferable).
Good command of spoken and written Khmer and English (Chinese is advance).
Have at least 3-years experiences in Sale or related fields.
Have at least 1-year or 2-year experiences in supervisory role.
Excellent communication and leadership or problem-solving skills.
Good self-management skills and ability motivate a Sales Team.
Good analytical skills and ability to forecast and strategies based on data.
