• Grow the company Retail Channels Business by developing and implementing the retailbusiness strategy for long-term sustainable and profitable growth
• Predict the market and customer trends for retail channels.
• Develop a long-, mid- and short-term retail channel sales plan, translate it into specificactions and define KPIs to monitor the progress.
• Align the retail channel sales plan with all relevant stakeholders (retail / online channelteam, marketing and product management team, etc.) driven by a company first mindset.
• Responsible for the execution of retail projects with all departments involved (finance,logistics, marketing, etc.)
• Lead the retail channels team focusing both Offline and Online (strategic and operativesales).
• Support the change of the status quo in order to guarantee efficient processes andsuccessful results.
• Other tasks assigned by managers

• 3 years of experience as people leader in retail business
• Knowledge of Modern Trade and General Trade Channel of Electronics/HomeAppliances is preferred
• Good understanding of social media and Online Business strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in the area of business administration, business engineering, digitalmarketing or similar. Masters degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Good command of English.
