The Account Director is a senior commercial leader responsible for the overall success, retention, and growth of a dedicated portfolio of client accounts. You serve as the strategic bridge between the client’s business objectives and the agency’s execution, ensuring that every campaign delivers measurable value and exceptional creative output.

• Lead and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders (CMOs, Marketing Directors), acting as their trusted advisor and primary strategic partner.
• Oversee the financial health of your portfolio, managing P&L, forecasting revenue, negotiating retainers, and driving proactive organic growth through cross-selling.
• Direct and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives, ensuring rigorous quality control, timeline adherence, and flawless client communication.
• Collaborate closely with the Strategy, Digital, and Creative Directors to translate client business challenges into sharp, inspiring agency briefs.
• Act as the ultimate point of escalation for your accounts, expertly navigating complex challenges, scope shifts, and crisis management.

• 7+ years of account management or client service experience in a 360, digital, or creative agency environment.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar portfolios and consistently hitting revenue growth targets.
• Exceptional commercial acumen with deep experience in contract negotiation and financial forecasting.
• Strong strategic understanding of omnichannel marketing, performance media, and "Phygital" conversion funnels.
• Masterful presentation and stakeholder management skills; ability to command a room and influence C-level executives.
