Responsibilities and Duties

Demonstrate a strong hunter sales mindset with a highly proactive, persistent, and aggressive approach to new business development, continuously opening doors and creating new sales opportunities from the ground up.
Continuously identify, approach, and develop new customers through cold calls, direct visits, networking, referrals, and active market research.
Proactively develop business opportunities with Chinese companies and Chinese-speaking decision-makers in Cambodia.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new prospects and consistently convert qualified opportunities into actual business.
Conduct frequent customer visits and actively build relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand customers’ logistics requirements and coordinate with Pricing and Operations teams to provide competitive quotations and customized logistics solutions.
Follow up closely on prospects, quotations, RFQs, and target industries to identify new sales opportunities.
Achieve assigned targets for new customer acquisition, sales activities, revenue, and gross profit.

Qualifications and Skills

Fluency in Chinese is mandatory, with proven sales experience in developing and managing Chinese customers or Chinese-owned companies.
3-5 Years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding or International Logistics.
Proven track record in new customer acquisition and proactive business development.
Strong hunter mentality with a highly proactive, persistent, target-driven, and results-oriented sales approach.
Good knowledge of Air Freight and Ocean Freight, Experience in Cross-Border Transportation and Customers Clearance is an advantage.
Good command of English is required.
Willingness to conduct frequent customer visits and actively develop new markets.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
