Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations to increase sales and customer retention.
- Managing the Mobile App, including promotional strategy, content updates, user engagement initiatives, and feature launches.
- Monitor sales performance, campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and key business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Create marketing content and communication plans, including push notifications, in-app promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Keep innovation on the interface app, ensure product display, POP, and product delivery on time
- Prepare performance reports and business insights to support strategic decision-making and revenue growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent morality & professionalism
- At least 2 years’ experience in E-Commerce
- Knowledge of integrated marketing & communication
- Sound of English Language & Computer literacy (Ms. Office 2015)
- Personality Requirement
