We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Management Trainee Program. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop management and leadership skills, and build a solid foundation for a successful career in management these 24 months programs.

· Be an effective member of each department they are assigned to during their rotations and demonstrate leadership qualities and take on increasing responsibilities.

· Gain a good knowledge and understanding of each department's workflow and policies

· Observe and learn from experienced staff members

· Be proactive in looking for potential to make improvements in current processes and working environment

· Assist in creating & executing operation and/or HSE plans, cost management projects, business proposal, etc.

· Assist with project management and contribute to organizational initiatives.

· Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.

· Engage in problem-solving and process improvement activities.

· Fresh graduate with a degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

· Strong academic record and a passion for learning and development.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
