Design & Drawing Management

• Lead and manage the preparation of shop drawings and design drawings for all assigned projects
• Review and approve all electrical design drawings prior to submission
• Prepare and manage Drawing Submittals for client and consultant approval
• Prepare Material Approval Requests (MAR) submittals and track approval status
• Oversee and ensure completion of As-Built drawings by coordinating site revisions
• Present electrical system design to site teams and stakeholders

BOQ & Material Management

• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for shop drawings
• Manage material ordering for site construction in coordination with the procurement team
• Follow up with the purchasing team to ensure timely delivery of ordered materials
• Prepare BOQ balance reports after site construction completion
• Review and verify additional items and materials required during construction

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily progress reports on design and submission activities
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants on design matters
• Lead design team meetings and provide technical guidance to junior designers
• Monitor design progress against project schedule and report issues to management
• Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design in the MEP industry
• Experience with high-rise buildings, commercial, or industrial MEP projects preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or equivalent electrical design software
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills — able to present technical content clearly
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• English proficiency required (reading, writing, speaking)
