The Sales Executive (Van Sales) is responsible for achieving sales targets by servicing customers through assigned van sales routes. This role ensures product availability, accurate stock control, excellent customer service, and effective execution of sales and promotional activities while safeguarding company assets.

• Visit customers according to the assigned route plan.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Introduce and promote new products and company promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Expand customer coverage within the assigned territory.
• Manage and control inventory on the sales van, ensuring stock accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and merchandised at customer outlets.
• Collect customer payments and submit collections in accordance with company procedures.
• Submit daily sales and activity reports.
• Update customer information using the company's mobile sales application.
• Report stock movement, inventory discrepancies, and product expiry issues.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, and provide timely reports to management.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned sales van and company assets.
