Responsibilities and Duties
- Drive Results: Grow sales volume and consistently achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Market Expansion: Expand product distribution and open new F&B outlets (including restaurants, cafés, hotels, and bars).
- Relationship Management: Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key F&B accounts.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, promotional campaigns, and trading terms with customers.
- Brand Visibility: Ensure strong product visibility, constant availability, and proper merchandising execution across all outlets. In-Store Promotions: Execute in-store promotions smoothly and closely monitor market execution.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities and provide actionable market insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate efficiently with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth operations.
