Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieve targets and sales goals.
- Maintain existing clients and explore new accounts to obtain new business.
- Offer quotations to customers or concerned parties.
- AR follow-up with customers until payment is collected.
- Sales lead follow-up for both import and export.
- Coordinate with sales teams and document teams.
- Update the status of shipment progress to clients daily, both by sea & cross-border, and enter all processing fees in the system for its own customer account.
