Sales & Marketing Officer will play a vital part in driving business growth by managing customer engagement, executing social media and digital marketing activities, and supporting core sales operations.

• Promote company products and services to customers
• Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese and local clients
• Support customer meetings, exhibitions, and business events
• Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams
• Assist in achieving company sales targets
• Assist in creating marketing content and promotional materials
• Support social media and online marketing activities
• Help organize marketing campaigns and events
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support company branding and customer engagement activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation and negotiation abilities
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English: Good communication and writing skills
• Chinese: Required for communication with Chinese clients
• Experience dealing with Chinese customers
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in electrical, technology, or utility-related business is a plus
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or CapCut AI is an advantage
