Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy and multi-channel campaign initiatives in the cosmetics and beauty industry. The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in developing comprehensive marketing plans, managing seasonal budgets, driving brand equity, and increasing conversion optimization across both digital storefronts and retail brick-and-mortar setups. The successful candidate will manage daily creative operations, oversee content production pipelines, lead influencer alignment, and analyze localized data metrics while partnering closely with cross-functional internal departments and external media agencies to support sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Formulate, execute, and monitor quarterly and annual marketing strategic plans to boost brand awareness and hit commercial growth targets.
  • Maintain absolute brand voice consistency, layout standards, and luxury tone of voice parameters across all visual identity platforms.
  • Conduct deep market research on upcoming beauty product innovations and track competitor pricing models and marketing campaigns.
  • Forecast, manage, and distribute the corporate marketing budget across media networks to maximize campaign return on investment (ROI).

Digital Campaigns, Creative Tech & Media Automation

  • Lead and manage the digital media creation team (including the AI Content Creator and graphic designers) to build immersive video story ads for TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
  • Supervise and optimize digital performance marketing setups, tracking conversion funnels, variable data packages, and live platform analytics.
  • Develop and grow strategic partnerships with key beauty influencers, celebrity talent agencies, and regional KOL networks.
  • Blueprint and coordinate end-to-end product launches, detailing content variation matrices, legal disclaimer compliance, and asset schedules

Retail In-Store Marketing & Cross-Functional Operations

  • Collaborate closely with sales managers to roll out in-store promotional setups, customer activations, and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Coordinate effectively with Sales, Procurement, Human Resources, Warehouse, and external vendor teams to guarantee seamless campaign inventory synchronization.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and prepare comprehensive marketing dashboards and tech metrics for executive reviews.
  • Mentor marketing staff, run professional creative workshops, and build internal asset templates to continuously upscale operational agility.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Creative Technologies, or a closely related discipline.
  • Professional certifications in brand management, digital growth marketing, or project management platforms are an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive marketing management or brand leadership experience within a fast-moving business structure.
  • Experience in cosmetics, retail premium beauty, FMCG, distribution networks, or luxury consumer products industries is strictly required.
  • Strong understanding of running dynamic paid social ad accounts, audience targeting parameters, and influencer engagement frameworks.
  • Experience overseeing creative asset workflows, digital content pipelines, and modern creative-tech automation setups.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering data-driven growth insights.
