Responsibilities and Duties

Assist administrative team in managing office supplies (stationery, pantry, etc.), inventory of fixed assets, and office facilities maintenance
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and documents; maintain record-keeping and filing systems (both physical and digital).

Help organize meetings, workshops, or events — arranging room bookings, refreshment, equipment, and meeting logistics.
Answer phone calls, greet visitors/guests, and support front-desk or reception duties if needed.
Perform general office tasks or ad-hoc tasks as assigned (scanning, copying, filing, document preparation, etc.)

Qualifications and Skills

Currently studying or recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, bookkeeping, general ledger) is a plus
