Responsible for managing the reservation team, handling inquiries, and overseeing the booking process to ensure guest satisfaction. Key duties include training and scheduling staff, managing reservations from various channels (phone, email, online), and assisting guests with their needs
- Recruit, train, and schedule reservation staff to ensure the team is well-equipped and organized.
- Oversee the handling of all reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations received via phone, email, or online booking systems.
- Provide information on room availability, rates, and packages, and help guests make reservations that meet their preferences and requirements.
- Ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the reservation process, from initial contact to final booking.
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism and hospitality can be an advantage.
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- Strong English communication skills, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in reservation software and general computer skills (like Word and Excel)
